How experienced are you in graphic design?
I have over 10 years of experience using Adobe Photoshop, as well as a certificate indicating successful completion of training requirements to be recognized as an Adobe Certified Associate in Visual Design using Adobe Photoshop.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Depending on the complexity or quantity of items in a client's order, the turnaround for graphic designs may vary. I will keep clients updated on the progress of projects periodically throughout the work process and can offer individualized ETAs of designs. Typically, clients may expect to receive their order within 10-14 days.

What is your refund policy?
After payment is sent, clients will have a 48-hour period in which they may request a full refund. If work has already begun on a client's commission and they would like a refund after 48 hours, half of the initial payment may be refunded. If the commission is in its final stages or completed, refunds may not be granted.
